Star Trek (STTR1) (1972)
Mayfield's rewrite for Hewlett-Packard's time-sharing BASIC, finished in October 1972. HP added it to its contributed program library as STTR1 in February 1973, and it became the standard Star Trek on HP data-center machines. The 'HP 1972' file everyone cites is Rev B of October 1973; the original is lost.Run here, as archived, on an HP 2000 profile inferred from the listing (square-bracket subscripts and substrings, IMAGE formats, GOTO..OF, TIM, # for not-equal): number printing, precision, the prompt and error text are stand-ins.

Mayfield's own Sigma 7 game, rewritten from scratch for the HP 2000C. (someone's recollection)
