Star Trek (Tiny BASIC) (1976)
130 lines, integer-only, shortened to fit. An earlier note called it Palo Alto Tiny BASIC by mistake for the upper-case Altair file; this one really is Tiny BASIC. Run here as archived on a Tiny BASIC profile inferred from the listing: PR., IN., G., GOS., F., N., R. abbreviations, ; between statements, single-letter variables and @(i), IF without THEN, comma-separated PRINT items with #n for a width, INPUT that evaluates what you type (so typing Y answers with the value of the variable Y, which the game sets to test for it), RND(n) from 1 to n, and 16-bit whole numbers. Line 350 ends in a stray R after its RETURN and is never reached past the RETURN. The 6-column default number width and the prompt style are stand-ins.
